Calling All Beardie Owners!

SnakeNbake

Cuz that's how I roll!
We should probably stop being meanies and hijacking poor FenderPlayer's Beardie thread and make a general one. :p

So to start us off, this is Gringo, my fat, lazy, freaking hilarious Beardie. I'm currently building a new tank for him so he can take his love for carnage to a whole new level! Yay Gringo!

Your turn, introduce your Beardies!

Here are my Beardies or atleast 2 of my males.

Draco with the personality of a real dragon.

I recently picked up 2 adult females at the local herp society on adoption day.
I need to take pictures of them, princess and puddin pop.
But I would love to get some colored morphs in my collections.

LOL! I love the look on that first boy's face. He looks mellow and annoyed at the same time. :grin01:
I also like that your dragons make a big mess of their cage like mine does. Gringo kicks his food out of the bowl and drags it around his cage as if to let me know my attempts to keep things clean is futile.

lol yeah, he is just a grump to Draco is. His personality fits his name. HE jumps after my Girlfriend's fingers every time she places them in there. He is a Feisty dragon.

You guys have to see the cage I'm building. It's a (very) modified version of Matthew's (Blueapplepaste) in the 'build your own viv thread'. If I wasn't laughing so hard I'd be ashamed of my carpentry skills. I'll post some pics in a bit so you guys can laugh and then pity poor Gringo for having to live in a cage I built. :p

Photographic proof that I am not qualified to build anything. I didn't know how to use a sawhorse so I turned the peg board sideways, clamped it in and cut it with a saw. My son came home and saw this and all he said was, "Dude." Then he showed me how to do it properly. He's NINE. Oh the shame!

I showed Gringo the acrylic I'd be using and asked him if he liked it. I'd tell you his response but I like this site and don't want to get banned....

I also have to fix the wall where I accidentally punched a hole in it with the drill.

I asked my son what he thought of my ninja-like building skillz and he said, "At least yer pretty." muhahahaha! I'm so proud *sniff*

here are the pics you asked for. the first one is the father the rest ar the babies. the last one is the brother of the first pic.

Bathing beauty...

Jolie has never liked going in the sink for her bath...and because of her behavior, it became a real detractor for me to give her a bath. Needless to say, I slacked majorly on the bathing detail...until I just decided, why not just stick her in the bathtub? I rinsed it out & while it's my apt tub (meaning: I claim no responsibility for the peeling paint!), she seemed to be so much better behaved this time around! Smile I threw in her wash cloth (which she generally sleeps with along with what I use when transporting her around...) & she had a good time moving around freely in the tub. Usually she's antsy about getting out & she'll stress; this time, no stressing, no huffing & puffing, and she didn't mind the water.

So, here's the bathing beauty...:)
