Can a bearded dragon get my corn snakes sick?

Only in the same way any animal can transmit various things to another animal.

As long as you follow basic hygiene practices, you'll be fine.

You should not be introducing snakes and beardies together.
They should never have any direct contact with each other.
 
I would say it is possible, if the bearded dragon is carrying crypto or some other type of disease, possibly mites or RI... If you are thinking about putting them together I would say do not do it, because the corn snake will most likely try to eat the dragon.... But, if you have then separately then I don't see how your bearded dragon could have made your corn sick, unless of course you handled the snake right after the sick dragon.

It is hard to answer the question when there is no context to go off from...
 
Soulwind, that is absolutely not true. Reptiles of any kind can carry transmittable disease such as crypto to other unrelated reptiles. As Outcast said, there is also RI's and parasites. All new reptiles should be quarantined for a minimum of 3 months before introducing them to the same room as a clean collection. If I don't know who I bought the animal from or it is from a show, it's quarantined for 6 months. I know several people who are now battling IBD because they failed to quarantine and brought mites into their collection, and those evidently spread the IBD.
 
They have seperate tanks and are on opposite sides of the room, i might move my snakes into a different room because the tank she's in is huge and i'm afraid my family members would mess with her
