Ceramics and rocks

Anyone have any ideas on what types of rocks I can use with my snakes? I have been into fishtanks for some time and with fish, you need to watch out for different types of rocks in the water. Because the type of minerals in rocks leach toxins into the fishes water. And with clay ceramics, you have to cook them in the kiln at 3 cone and use only lead free glaze on the ceramic fixtures you make for inside the fishtank.

Does anyone have any ideas if our snakes have any restrictions on using rocks in my snakes cage? And should I soak the rocks in a bucket of water and bleach? And has anyone had any experience in working with ceramics and clay products in the snakes cage?

Thanks,

Eric Walmsley

I don't think there is any danger in using stones in corn tank.
I use a few clay bowls for my corns and no harm done (over a year).
