Please be certain that the location field is correctly filled out when you register. All registrations that appear to be bogus will be rejected. Which means that if your location field does NOT match the actual location of your registration IP address, then your registration will be rejected.

I go into chat alot, and I always feel bad because people will talk, and I have no way of knowing, and so I don't reply until way later.
Can we make an optional chat alert, such as sound or flashing when a new message appears? I say optional because some people might find the sound irritating.
This is already available. Just go into settings (the cog icon at the top), and put a tick in Alert sounds on: People joining. You will then get an alert whenever a message is entered into chat
