Clumbsy Climbers....

After 6 + months of quarantine I put my 2 "older" snakes into their brand new vivariums ( each 1.45 m ( l ) x .8 m ( h ) x 0.6 m ( w ). Both started to run around like little kids on a new playground. However, a couple of times they over estimated their climbing skills and fell off the wall. Is that normal ? Can they hurt themselves ? I heard they supposed to be excellent climbers....

Perhaps they will increase their skills after a while ? Each have a weight of about 100 g.....

Hi,

corns are far away from being excellent climbers. They fall once in a while, but usually don't hurt themselves. With a viv-height of .8m the snakes wont be injured, if they don't fall directly on a rock or something.
