coloration changes

tsst

Deuce is watching!
I am relatively new to snake guardianship. Was wondering what color changes take place from very young to adult snakes. Is there a trait that changes more than others? Or do most retain their coloring throughout life? Thanks!

Every snake is completely individual.
Some snakes colors enhance or some fade.
Like blood reds change from snakes with saddles to completely red snakes, and in my opinion the biggest transition.
Sometimes more color comes in, sometimes more fades. It all depends on the kind of morph and the individual snake.

All Corns change as they go from hatchling to Adult.
Some just have a much more dramatic change than others (depends on the morph &/or, perhaps, on the individual as well).
I believe the most dramatic change can be seen with Bloodreds.
Although... even normals/Classics (including Okeetees, Miamis, etc.) have dramatic change as well.
The Caramels, & Ambers, also have a more dramatic change than some other morphs.

Again, all Corns change (from when hatchlings on into adulthood), to some degree or another.:)
