Coverting a freezer to an incubator

Right well my mum's freezer is no use to us anymore so i thought"hey freezers have alot of insulation and if i was to take out the freezy bit and fit in a fan to help circulate the air i could make a pretty good and cheap incubator.I think the fan will cost £10-£20 and ill also get a thermostat to control heat and a heat mat to produce it.
The freezer itself can probably hold up to 15-20 egg boxes so has anyone got any links to articles about something like this or any hints and tips for me?
It would be appreciated
thanks :wavey:

i used a old refrigorator to make my incubator. i put a fan in the bottom to circulate air and it generated enough heat to keep the temp where i wanted it.
