I think I know which post(s) you are referring to and you didn't sound mean or anything.
Some people overreact and find hidden messages in things you say...messages that you weren't even aware of saying.

Don't worry to much about it. Communation over the internet can be very misleading. People cannot see your expression or hear your tone of voice so it's hard to determine what you are actually trying to say and how you are saying it. It depends on the individual reading the post and they'll probably read it differently than what you were saying and take it the wrong way. That can't be helped. Just be careful of how you word your post if you think it maybe a problem.
 
Geez, I guess tone can be hard to determine over the internet. Anyone ever get the impression that people are screaming at you when they type in all caps?? Lol. Even if it's just:
"HOW'S THE WEATHER TODAY?"

I agree with everyone here, and just want to say that your advice and posts have helped me (a snake novice) a lot, Neil. Can you imagine being in a room speaking to over 400 people and having everyone take what you say in the same way? And it's a lot more difficult here where we can't see or hear each other. You certainly have my support!
 
You wouldn't be referring to that huge altercation with me over on the corns wanted board, would you? LOL!! Like I said, I was just kidding. As a poster on this thread said, it's often difficult to interpret a poster's intent by reading his / her words on a forum. It wasn't my intention to scold you or otherwise make you feel badly in any way. Just having some fun as I suspected you were. No hard feelings.

Uhh, I've only posted once on the corns wanted board and haven't even received a reply so I think we're thinking of different things.
