Dimensions for adult hide?

I'm about to make some DIY adult hides and was just wondering about the size. I know Corns like to be snug, but I didn't want them to be too small.
If I was going to make a square hide for instance, what should the dimensions be? Also how high should it be (floor to ceiling?)
