Dividing a tub??

Lolo

Surrounded by snakes
I'm trying to re-configure my snake collection (for a variety of reasons), and having trouble finding the best arrangement. I currently have 4 racks & 27 snakes in total - 7 corns, 14 ball pythons, 2 spotted pythons, 2 stimson's pythons, a jungle carpet, and a western hognose. I really want to move all the corns into my (only) back-heat rack, since it doesn't quite provide the right temps for a python... the problem is, this rack only has 6 slots, and I have 7 corns!

Two of my corns are still little babies, and since the tubs are 30qt, I thought maybe I could divide one in half? 15qts would be plenty of space for these little snakes, in fact I think the full tub would be intimidating. My other option is to house Dash (my 1200g normal) separately, since she might be a little cramped in the 30qt... I have a 20gal glass tank laying around, that would offer enough space for her. Whaddya think? And is it possible/safe to divide a tub for two snakes - if so, how would I go about doing that?

P.S. Since this rack has back heat, I'd have to divide it vertically. Here's a photo:
