Does anyone know Mexican Lined Pines (P. lineaticollis)?

Hi Everyone, I'm wondering whether anyone out there has experience with Mexican Lined Pines? I've got one that I've had for just over a year. He's in great shape health-wise, but seems to be on his second shed cycle in a row where he hasn't actually shed. This time around he's been hiding for about 10 days at least now and he typically would have come out and shed by now.

I've been misting his tank this time around (I'm in Chicago and the air is dry). The room he's in is only around 70F. Being that they come from highlands, I know they can handle cooler temperatures and I've never had a heat source on him with no problem. But I'm wondering whether they actually brumate at some point? Maybe I need to keep him a bit warmer?

If anyone has any suggestions or thoughts, I'd appreciate them :)
