drastic color change

Recently, in my corns last shed, he went through a drastic color change. He was very black before. and now he is almost a light gray. Is he going to shed again? or is this just a normal thing.

here is before the shed.

am I just being a concerned pet owner? or does this just happen sometimes. is it that drastic?

It's not a health issue by any means... he's just changing color a little. Anery babies look nothing like the adult form, IMO.

also he didnt get a full shed and when he finally got all of his skin off it was very light, even lighter then right before he was going to shed

It's probably not a big deal, but I can't explain it. Just going by the two post-shed pictures, I can see the lightness in one but in the other he looks pretty normally colored. :shrugs:
