dust in snake's mouth,,,

Wa$ted

well i waz cleaning the cage so i put my snake in the small cage and i forgot to close the small cage real well..

so im carrying the huge heavy tank and i saw my snake "escaping" under the cabinet. i knew it couldnt go anywhere far.so i put the tank on the nearest table and i got my snake.but on its face it had dust(from under the cabinet) while flickering its tongue im sure it swallowed some dust. i directly removed the dust from its face and let it drink some water.

is that oke?,i mean i think its normal since corn snakes in nature flicker their tongue and some dirt/sand/soil/whatever is bound to get "sucked" in right?

thanks alot

I would think...

it will be fine. I'd have to agree that in the wild, they probably do ingest a small amount of dust, dirt, etc.
