Egg size

I was just wondering if egg size matters? I have a clutch that is starting to pip and one of the eggs is about half a big as the others. Of course its the first ti begin hatching. Will the hatchling just be smaller or should i look for more problems? I thought that it may be a bad egg because it didn't seem to grow like the others. The hatchling has poked itself out like 3 inches and seems to be fine. Should i be concerned about kinks or feeding problems? Any input will be helpful thanks
