So, I have a corn snake who's about a month old. His eyes were blue for a few days, then they turned back. I checked on him this morning, and he looked totally normal. About 45 minutes ago, my sisters told me he had started shedding. I checked on him about a half hour later and he had completely finished shedding. It seems like he went through the whole process in a few hours. Is this normal or should I be concerned?

yup! sounds perfectly normal to me..

hatchlings shed about once a month or so on average, so it'll happen soon again! ;)

I'm kinda new to the shedding thing myself. but I think I understand where your question is coming from. (at the same time I could be totally wrong :p)

It seems like you think that he was done shedding at the point that he looked normal again in the morning. but then shed for the second time at the end of the day.

As far as I understand their eyes turn blue and then they go clear and it looks almost like they are normal again. So it looks like they are done shedding.
But really what is going on is that they go clear a few days right before they shed. and then they shed their skin. So he didn't actually shed 2 times but just went through the whole process the way he was supposed to and its totally normal.

hope this helps and I hope someone can confirm that i'm right :p
