feeding baby corns.

My mouse just gave birth to (I think) about 7 young, I'm just getting ready for some eggs from my corn (my first clutch), and I was thinking, how big should the pinkys be for the baby corns to eat, in cm? should I leave the pinkys with her for a few days or take them from her right away. (And I was thinking about only taking a few from her, would that be ok? She wouldn't get nervous and eat the others?)

How long is it until your corn snake eggs hatch? The clutch last year i had would only eat live mouse pinks first couple of feedings.I let the mom feed them almost a day then took them and fed my corn babies. If you have awhile before your eggs hatch you can freeze the pinks and see if they will eat frozen thawed right off for you.You do not want to feed your corn babies to big of a meal as it could cause them to regurge. So day old pinky mice will do the job.

I'm expecting the eggs in about 2 weeks :S so I guess I'll freeze about 4 of 9 and let her keep the rest, I can always use them to feed my other snakes. I've got 5 female mice so I must get some pinkies around when my hatchlings come :)

thanks for the advice
