And then he went swimming! Apparently his mommy never told him not to get in the pool right after eating...

I can't get over how gorgeous he is. Probably the best looking normal I've ever seen.

How old is he? Hes beautiful!! In the first picture it looks like that mouse or rat is going to be too big, but then its gone and he doesn't even have that big of a bulge. :)

I don't know how old he is, he is a wild-caught. He is a bit skinny compared to his length, although now that I look at the pics I took when I got him, he has gained some. I'd say he's about a foot and a half (although I haven't actually measured him).

It's really easy to get a length on them. Next time you feed, just put a ruler in there and then download the snake measurer to figure it out. I always do it when I'm weighing my little ones.

It doesn't have to be that great. Just be able to see your ruler (reason for the black marks on my little daytimer ruler) and the outline of the snake. :)

I really like his colours. He's definitely blossuming in your care.

Where do you download that?

He is really pretty. His background is so light, I wonder if he's somewhere in between a Miami and a normal orange snake.
