Are you planning to breed? There is nothing wrong with the Munson feeding plan, but it is geared towards those people that are interested in breeding their animals.
I am of the opinion, and have also used it for my own snakes that will breed one day, that feeding anywhere from 7 to 14 days is NOT bad for the snake.
If you want to grow them up fast(er), than use the Munson plan or something similar. If you don't have a timeline that they need to become full grown, you can relax a bit.
No, I do not plan to breed. They are pets only. They have been getting a pinky every Friday (according to the breeder.) They were stretched a little longer this time because I got them on feeding day, and I wanted them to settle in before I messed with them too much...
There would be nothing wrong with feeding 1 large pinky every 7 to 14 days. Every 10 days would be a very acceptable and happy medium. Bump up to fuzzies when you can't really see a lump from the pinky any longer.
This also kills another bird with the same stone. Some people will adamantly explain how you shouldn't handle them 2-3 days after eating (if for no other reason than to avoid getting pooped on!!). Feeding every 10 days would provide a few extra handleable days.
