Few Questions about Visionariums

Hello everyone!

Currently I own two small corn snakes. Right now they're each housed in their own 15 Quart box in a rack I constructed of melamine. But when they outgrow them I'd like to move them into a nice looking display cage (especially my Abbot Okeetee!).

I've been looking around and I've stumbled on this cage called a "Visionarium". Its really quite nice looking and rather inexpensive, best of all it will fit on my homemade rack, and they're stackable. Here is a link:

Dimensions 30"x12"x12".

Here is my question, is this tank large enough for an adult corn snake? Or would it be recommended to go bigger?

Also, has anyone used these Visionariums before and recommend them or can share any thoughts?

Thanks,

John

hey, that is quite a nice looking thing! first time I have heard of one thought! Im new to corn snakes and from everything that I have been reading and everything that I have learnt since I have been keeping them is that a 30 x 15 x 15 Would be a min housing for an adult corn snake..

Yeah that one is also nice and would probably buy something that is stackable my self the next time I have to upgrade my cages! As there are alot of nice looking stacks out there!

I used the visionariums for a short period of time. To me, they seemed a bit small, and they kept in lots of humidity, especially when stacked. Also, the bottom pan has curved edges, making it hard to put hides in the corners. I bought two but sold them both a couple years later. They were very nice cages though! Would probably be better for a small spotted/childrens python or a hognose.
