well, took me a bit to get the $ together but when I saw the heart on his head when he first hatched, I had to have him
I named him Romeo (the pic is from terri's site...I haven't gotten to upload my pics yet) :)

That heart is just gorgeous, great choice  !

My first corn was an anery that looks just like Romeo and he's still one of my favorites. Good luck with the little guy. Being from Terri, you know he's already off to a great start.

Very cute! I love it when they have interesting headpatterns... Here's one with a reverse heart (the photo isn't mine, the snake is)...

Rach,

I'm glad you like him! I expect update pictures ;)

Thanks, princess, for the kind words!

And Kat...that's a cutie!

Yep, here's a head marking like the one on yours, Kat. He's my new male Christmas corn.

Kat's has a little upside down heart as the "nose" of the skull pattern. I thought that was the marking she was referring to.

I looked at it both ways. The dark heart spot and the white that could also be an upside down heart. But I agree, it looks more like a t-bone. LOL

very nice

is that a hypo kat? very cool looking texture to it

terri, you know I'll be good with pic updates...I do like taking pics :)

I stopped posting as many of the cresteds b/c I thought ppl were getting tired of them and have mostly only posted new additions...but I do need to take an update pic of my normal girl from ken...she's grown quite a bit and she's gotten more color to her...she's my first baby one and still small...got my other corns as yearlings or older...but will be cool to raise her and Romeo...her name's Eleanor Rigby and as I said I'm hoping they'll make a good pair in the future...when I get home I'll try to post what both are hets for

maybe I'll have luck breeding my butter and caramel this year unlike last year but priority are my bps if my female is ready (need to get a scale) b/c my male is 50% het caramel albino...and jcps I got have lived in the same cage and came together and have bred previously so if they breed on their own, that's it and I'll just see if I have room to breed the corns as well

Not really... atleast, not that I've noticed. Most of my ultramels tend ot have more of a star-arrow pattern. I think it's the motley influence that has this guy looking the way he does...

(BTW, apologies for accidentally hijacking this thread...)
