I have recently read that if you let your Corn swim in about 6 inches of water it regulates their bowl movements. I tried this the last night for the first time. I found that:-

A.) He loved the water, he kept swimming around and didn't want to get out.

B.) It worked, about 3 mins of swimming and he pooped.

All in all I found this a worth while exercise.

Does anyone else do this with their snakes? I have not heard a lot about it other than the article I read the other day.

You really don't need to give your corn regular baths. I've only heard of doing this if they are constipated or having a hard time passing something. Some corns will like to soak in their water dish while others don't. I think it's more of a preference thing. You really don't need to soak your corn though IMO.

The only time I would bathe a corn snake is for mite eradication purposes. I would not subject them to this to facilitate/regulate digestion, or for shedding, or for any other reason.
