Many people have asked about preserving sheds. I have never seen an answer. I would imagine if you put it somewhere where it will not be moved or touched often, it should last for a long while.

I keep Chester's sheds in a tub. I have every one he shed, whether its whole or not. I like to see how much he's grown. I left his last two on top of his tank and they are fine. I just make sure no one messes with them.
