I checked in on Pancake today because she's been tucked into her warm hide for the last couple of days, and was super excited to see she's gone 'blue'. I suspected that she was going to shed some time soon, and was hoping that that was part of the reason why she hasn't wanted to eat, so it's a big relief to have my suspicions confirmed.
Anyone else get ridiculously excited for their first shed? I'm looking forward to seeing her bright new (for us anyway) colors. I'll definitely post some pics when she's done.
The room she's in is sitting at 55% humidity, but I misted her tank to get it up a bit higher. When I misted she stuck her head out of her hide to see what was going on, tongue flicking at the droplets on her hide. Any other tips to help her shed?
