I've attached the two best pictures I could get. I don't photograph her very often. She shed a week ago and ate normally afterward. She's not in any discomfort when I handle her. Is a vet call needed? If its something I can fix at home what can I do?

PLEASE HELP I'M WORRIED :uhoh:

Can you feel a difference in the texture of her skin if you rub over that area? The photos aren't quite focused enough for me to tell but if it's retained shed you can let her soak for 15-30 mins in a luke warm to cool container of water, then gently rub that spot back and foreth with your finger or a damp cotton ball to peel it off.

If it is fungal then a simple treatment is a little diluted listerine (50/50 with water) or other mouth wash on a q-tip. Just paint it over the fungal area gently once a day. Works great on stomatis (mouth fungus).
 
if it is a scrape, is neosporin alright to use on reptiles? I know its ok for cats, dogs and children.

Neosporin is ok for open wounds which these don't appear to be. I'd just watch it for any changes but I don't think it looks serious and will probably disappear with the next shed.
