Your experiences/Beleifs about ghosts and other paranormal activity...

I THINK I have seen one.. but I can't verify it because I may have just been tired. . .

Anyway I was sleeping at my nannas house (as I often do) and I went to sleep like any other night... but I woke up at god knows what time to find and old lady sitting in the corner of the room staring at me (no.. it was NOT my nanna) I had a mixed reaction, I was not scared nor exited/confident, I rolled over and went back to sleep.

And my nannas experiences...
Her Dad passed away quite a few years ago.. and she says she had a worry on her mind, she says she woke up late at night to find her dad standing there.. and he told her not to worry and that everything was going to be fine.

Your opinion is your opinion but I believe that they exist to some extent

Cheers,
Connor

I'm not going to go into the whole story but lets just say I believe. I don't see how people can NOT believe in ghosts, unless they are have no religious beliefs. If you don't believe in a God or higher power then you usually don't believe in a after life and with no after life there is no part of you to *continue*

That isn't always necessarily so. I am an aethiest and follow no religion. I also believe in ghosts and have seen (or believe I have seen) quite a few. I just don't think ghosts are the people they were in life, or a version thereof - I don't believe they are a continuation of us. I think ghosts are caused by something more physical and that will in time become explainable.

I can't prove this theory and I'm not stating it as fact. Just wanted to point out that not everyone thinks the existence of ghosts has a basis in religion. ;)

Photographic prove of Casper the friendly ghost.

I think ghosts are beings from other dimensions, and we only see the 3D part of them.

Like if a being from a 2D world saw a finger poking into the dimension they would only see 2d parts of us since they can not percieve 3D like we can not percieve higher dimensions. They would just see a meat circle which is a cutout from our finger or something. if we pus it in and out we can make it seem like it get smaller or biger, dissapear, teleport, just how ghosts seem to us.

I didn't think of that, I read it as a theory in a book about higher dimensions.
