The horse in your pic has sparked my interest :)

Is he/she yours? Tell me about him/her! I have a horse myself, absolutly nuts over them, that's why I am curious :)

I'm not Hana, but I have horses too. 3 of them to be precise! One old Arab that I raised from 4 months old and trained myself, one Rhinelander, and one rescue thoroughbred.

hehe.. I'm around, just busy with the creatures... To answer you S_n_S, yes that's my darling horse. His name is Kings Restless Rebel (he won't let me use anything other than his full name), he's an appendix bred Quarter Horse, and at 16 years old acts like a green 5 year old half the time. :) I think his all time favorite thing to do is change leads on me in the show ring. There's nothing more enjoyable to him than to make his mommy look bad. :) But! He really is a little angel and I wouldn't trade him for anything. I don't think. ;) hehe..

Cool cool Meg.F and Hana. I have a horse too (duh!) She is a 4 yr old french Canadian/Quarterhorse mare. Her name is Incredibly Blonde (for a reason, hehe) or Dixie around the barn. I wouldn't trade her for anything in the world either :) Your boy is very handsome!

Here is my brat!

Here is a picture of my Rhinelander Galliano. I'll have to find the other ones.

beautiful horses guys! I just lunged rebel today, (for lack of time) he was going fine, and then he decided to turn around and go the other way! what a punk... :) Some days I do wish I had an 'easy' horse.

I lunged Dixie tonight too, and she pulled a shoe, less than a week after her $70 front hot-shoe job :( *sigh* She gets so wound up and just bounces...

It always happens when you want to do something with them. I rode this morning early before it got hot, and lunged the horse I'm training. She did pretty well. Very hot horse, so I'm hoping a little ground work with proper lunging will make a difference under saddle. We'll see.

That's how Rebel is... Sometimes. One day he'll be so calm nothing bothers him, and then the next it's as if everything is a horse eater. I think he's just too smart for his own good, and he way over thinks every little thing... :)
