Hi All!

I am a new reptile owner. I received a beautiful female okeetee cornsnake this past Christmas. Don't worry, I wished for it and had researched them a lot. My concern is that she hasn't shed yet. I have had her since Christmas and she has not even shown signs of shedding. She eats every 8-10 day, but never seems to really be interested in the mouse. She appears to be very healthy. I'm I just being a little to much of a worry wart?

Thanks in advance :)

Do you know how old she is? If she's less than a year, that does seem like a long time. I want to say mine shed about once a month when he was under a year, and now he sheds every three months or so. Has it been a while since you cleaned out the substrate? It could be hidden or concealed.

And my snake doesn't show much interest in mice, either. He just lazily approaches them and opens his mouth. It's not much of a show, but it seems some corns are more dramatic and others less.
