Hatchling question... again...

So, I'm getting to the first shed and feed part of my hatchling rearing... and this first little hatchling that is half the size of the others and came form an egg which failed to produce its twin... well, it acts fairly normals... but its so tiny and still wrinkled. And it looks as though its headed into shed but it still hasn't shed yet. It was the first one hatched and all its siblings are shedding and feeding already. Should I be concerned about this little one? Will it make it? Is there something I need to or can do to help it along?

Not a whole lot you can do. Either it'll make it, or it wont. What I would personally do would be to guide it to it's water bowl just in case.
 
when you say it looks like it headed into shed do you mean that it went blue? Or does it just look dull?
 
To me it looks like its either dehydrated or past when it was supposed to shed. You should make a little humid hide box for it and see if it helps it to shed. And like Joejr said you could maybe show it its water dish, just in case he didn't already find it.

I put a nice shallow water dish with more surface area in the box... it went blue a few days ago. I haven't checked for a skin yet. I've made sure it drinks water, many times it take a good drink when I handle it. Its as active as the others but its just so wrinkled. I hope it does OK.
