How high do I have to go with heating?
I live in northern wyoming, and It gets pretty cold.
Could someone recomend a brand or a product in heating? It gets pretty cold here,it got around 20 below one night (Not every winter, but it happens sometimes) And the temperature most of the time is 69 F, so could I just get normal heating or do I have to get better heating for a cage?
 
Under Tank Heaters are pretty much universally recommended. You should be able to find one in any pet shop that deals in reptiles, or online. They are sold in different sizes depending on the size of the enclosure/vivarium.
As long as it only gets down to 20 outside you should be ok with the UTH indoors. There are many other threads on the forum about heat, including a care sheet for corns:

I know what TYPES of heaters I would need, but I have had a test in tempature and the max it went was 76ish, as I have the terrarium and some old heating equipment from my friend, whos gecko just died.

Although it might be because I used a stick on thermometer, so I need to go by a petstore to get a digital one to moniter the temp on the ground.
 
Personally i would use a digital thermometer they are much more accurate. And your going to need a thermostat, to regulate the heat from your heat mat. Unregulated they can reach temps. of over 100.

I do have a thermostat. So now I would just need:
A: The snake
B: Digital thermometer
C: Bedding
D: A bigger water dish
