Hey dude, myself personally would go for the 17x11 ( 20 watt)this is what i hav in my 3 foot vivs so in my opinion i would say no because i think it a bit small :)

You want the UTH to cover about 1/3 of the floor space, so I would say you picked the right size, assuming your viv is about 12" or so wide? Getting the bigger size bumps you up to 20 watts, which is probably too much. Whatever size you get, be sure to use something to control the temperature of the UTH. I use a lamp dimmer switch, but this option requires a little more fiddling around than some other options.
