Hi everyone,

I've had snakes since I was a teenager, starting with a lovely normal corn called Kellogs Corn snake who sadly stopped eating when she reached 4 years old, followed by a Cali King that was beautiful but totally vicious (an ex ended up with him) These days I have a lovely 3 year old Anerythristic called Jack and just this weekend picked up a foundling Amel that we've yet to name.

The poor little thing was found on a drunken night out by friends of ours just lying in the street! Happily it's been lovely and warm in the UK this weekend and the little dude wolfed a pinkie within minutes of me bringing it home so the prognosis is good for survival.

I signed up to the forum to make sure I have plenty of advice on hand in case my foundling has any problems. I don't want a repeat of the heartache I went through when Kellog got sick.

So, it's nice to meet you all and I look forward to sharing my successes with you all and hearing about your experiences!

My little darlings

Here's a pic of my teeny new snake and my hulking great grownup. I'm pretty sure the new baby is a creamsicle but the picture quality is too rubbish for anyone to help me be sure. I'll post some better ones another day and hopefully someone can confirm that's what he is.
