A quick list:
1. At least a 10 gal reptile tank w/locking lid (good starter and they can stay in it for a while)
2. At least 2 hides (one for hot side and one for cool side)
3. Water dish big enough for the snake to lay in completely.
4. Under tank heater (I don't like lamps, they boil the humidity out of the air)
5. Rheostat/Thermostat to control temp output for the UTH
6. Two thermometers Acurite's are good ones and walmart and lowes has them for 10 to 12 dollars. They have a probe for outside temp (substrate temp), measure indoor temp (ambient air temp), and measure humidity.
7. Aspen, newspaper, papertowels are three good things to use for substrate.
8. Some of the suction cup vines aren't a must but they afford some hiding/climbing area and might make your snake come out to be seen more often.
9. Obviously you will need the feeder mice. If it is a baby go for F/T pinkie mice and stick with F/T even when you step up prey size. Unless the snake has decided it wants live feeders. That happens from time to time but not as much with corns as with Ball Pythons.
If there is anything I missed someone please add to this but I think it is a complete basic list. If you want a zoo quality vivarium setup obviously you can add to this but it's up to you.
Best of luck and welcome to the forums.
