Is it possible to send a bigger picture. Is it a hatchling with yolk attached, or prolapse??
 
Is this any better, i think its just egg yolk but it seems to be sepping out a bit!!

Put the hatchling in a container with damp napkins on the bottom. It may still absorb some of the yolk, and the remainder will likely dry and fall off on its own before the first shed.
