Help me with my hatchlings

I thought id read up everything i could about my 1st clutch of snake eggs hatching, i was wrong. The mummy laid 21 10 of which went bad due to overheating i think. The first one hatched yesterday a over a week early to what i worked out, another 3 piping, then when i woke up this morning another 2 were out healthy and fine. When i got back from work i checked again and the one that was a quater the size of the rest had its head half way out so my boyfrind helped it out as he thought it might be to weak to get out. Sorry im making this long im just worried. Then we noticed another 1 had blood spilling out from the egg so again my boyfriend slip the shell thinking it might be dead, it want its alive but has a lot of egg yolk still attached to it, so weve put him on wet tissue to make sure it doesnt dry out, but when we looked inside another egg that had hatched healthly there was a lot of yolk still in there so i was thinking maybe it gets ripped of when they come out of the egg , as this one was helped out it couldnt do that. Te one from the small egg is doing fine , im just really worried about this one. Another has hatched perfectly fine since then, and we have 6 hatched so far. Sorry ive gone on a bit im just worried and wondered if anyone could help me. Also the four that are still in the incubated which are the biggest eggs of the lot and look the healthest arnt showing any signs of hatching yet. Im so confused

My best advice would be to be patient. It really sounds like you're trying to rush the hatching process. My clutches tend to hatch out over several days. I'm one of those who never slit an egg. If a baby is meant to survive, it does.
If it doesn't come out of the egg on its own, there is usually something wrong with it.

They usually stay in the egg about 24 hours and absorb the stuff you're finding in your eggs. They will pop their heads in and out of the egg many times before they make their final exit. It's very important that you let them do that. They come out when the egg sack is absorbed and they're ready. Keeping the baby you helped out on a moist towel in a separate small container is about all you can do for it.

Be patient about the 4 eggs you have left. If they look good, they are just probably going to take a bit longer.

Thank you very much, i guessed as much. Ive posted a picture aswell does it look ok to you? At least i know a lot more now for next years batch, im pretty pleased with myself for the amount that have hatched my first year breeding them.
