No one can own just one
I recently purchased a nice anery het motley poss het amel + charcoal from Red Mama. BTW, Joni is lots of fun to chat with, even standing in the pet store parking lot :) My question is about the father of my anery. He is motley, but there seems to be a lot more than that going on. I would have thought he was amel, but Joni says he has black eyes. What he doesn't seem to have is black anywhere else. Other than knowing that he is motley and het anery, as he produced my "Medger", what else is going on with this guy? Any educated guesses?

The motley mutation has a hypo like effect, so corns often have less black as they would when normal patterned. There is a chance he is actually hypo aswell since he is so light.

That was my thought. I will eventually be breeding his anery son to a ghost poss het amel, so might end up with ghost offspring.
