hey i got a fairly large corn snake and when i dropped a mouse in his cage he went str8 after it but every time he struck, he was lyk missing it, or letting go, and ive been feeding him 1 mouse every 8 days for lyk a couple months now,and he shed only a couple weeks ago so im a little confused why he aint eating sooo..ill really appreciate it if anyone can give me sum advice
 
It sounds like a defensive strike instead of a feeding one. If your feeding live mice he might do this in response to not wanting it in his cage. Give him a few more days and try again. He may just not be hungry:)

just try feeding it thawed,,try and try

try to "Tease it"' with the thawed mouse

hey thanxs for the help guys but turns out hes gettin ready to shed again cuz when i saw him this morning his eyes were all cloudy so thx newayz
