Hiccups?

I have adult male snow. He's about 5 years old and 4 1/2 feet in length...weighs about 575 grams. He seems to love being handled, and when I remove the tank top he comes right up my arm and is content to sit with me. Yesterday we had a "handling session" at which time he acted completely normal. We visited for about 20 minutes and then I put him back in his tank.

When he was back in his tank I noticed a flinching action every 2 seconds or so for a few minutes. He was slithering along and then it would spasm. It looked like hiccups... Is this possible or should I take him in to be seen? I haven't seen any of my other corns do this before so I don't want to be paranoid but I don't want to brush it off if it could be a sign of something else.

ye mine did that once as well after he had shed. i wouldnt worry about it just keep an eye on him.
