hello!!! i fed my snake on wed. night,i fed it a whole fuzzy and i thought "woo,,its too big" i mean it was a big lump and now its nearly gone,,,,

does my snake have a high metabolism rate ?

should i turn off the heating pad during night or day or anything like that


no i dont use a heating light,,,only a heating pad.

should i decrease the heat thats coming from the heating pad?

or anything like that.

or does this mean that the size was perfect for the snake

Sounds to me like your snake is perfectly normal. Don't turn off your heat pad. It is important for the snake to have a place to warm up. Thats what aids in his digestion. He usually digests his food in a 2 day period and then eliminates it.
