how do you brumate only SOME snakes?

How do I drop the temp on ONLY the snakes I want to brumate? I've always heard corns are so easy that often brumation isn't required but is usually helpful to promote a mating. But I don't know how to brumate only certain ones. I don't want the temp in my house to be cold lol and I don't have an outside building at this time. I should mention that I'm in FL so the garage may not work either...too hot, even in the winter, I'd think.

Either don't brumate, or someone on here does it using light changes..there was a post not too long ago detailing how they do it.
