how do you post a pic?

Dayoh

Dayoh

just trying to figure out how to post a pic.

if you are gonig to post it that way, you need to have the picture hosted on the web, and then put the web adress where your snake8.jpg is. example would be:

[IMG"]http://img64.exs.cx/img64/9746/Slither2.jpg[/IMG"]

Just remove the " from the IMG tags and you are good to go. I am using www.imageshack.us to host my pictures. It is free and you have an unlimited amount of pictures that you can upload.

Good luck and I hope this helps.

There you go. Now, just use a photo editing program to shrink the picture a bit so that we can see it. Or, just make a link in the post to the picture.

And, btw, beautiful Anery corn there. The green is actually yellow. my Anery has the same thing.

Got it, thanks you rock. Now is there any way to delete the big one it must be taking up alot of space? Your snake is also a beuty.

Thanks to both of you as i had the same question so i'll post some pics tommorow of all mine.

Dayoh try this link for free software that will allow you resize a pic in under 30 secs, i use it and it's a great little program just for resizing. Get it on the following link:-

Photo resizer

My word, that's a big picture! LOL

My advise would be to shrink it in photoshop (maybe to 640 x 480) then upload the smaller picture and link that one. And of course save it as a new image so you don't lose the original. ;)

anything we can do we will, just try that software and me know how you get on with it, i've found it a great help for shrinking digital images without losing to much detail.

for the big one, you can go into the post by clicking on the edit button, and then at the top of the screen there is an option to delete post. just click on the radio button nect to delete, and hit save changes, and you are done.

Here is another. I read alot about how old and big every ones snakes are and what and how much they eat, mine seems small in comparison, maybe its just me but i am starting to worry i am not feeding him enough. He is happy, never strikes or acts upset, just don't know. Perhaps i just worry to much.

Dayoh, if you are copying the code from imageshack, you don't need to add extra
to your post. Everything is already coded for you from them.

But, again, your snake is a beauty

Oh, and that is a beauty of a snake.

You said you were worried that you weren't feeding him enough - how big is he and how often do you feed?
