How much bad luck can I have?

I have had some bad luck lately.

About three weeks ago I twisted my right ankle and when I was falling down, I somehow managed to bend my big toe on the left foot under my foot. I broke my toe and pulled the ligaments in that foot. I went to the doctors by my house and they gave me a hard sole boot to wear. I figured I would wear it for a day and get rid of it. Well a week later I still had it on. The right ankle was OK within a couple of hours. Being a not so bright person I still went to karate every night.

Well just when that was starting to heal, my son asked me if I wanted to go running. I agreed. So last night we headed across the yard to the street. Here is where the bad luck really kicks in. I stepped into a small drain I have at the end of the yard and twisted my left ankle. On the way down I smashed my right knee off the street. By the time I got back into the house my ankle was swelled very big. My right knee is swelled and cut. I took off work today and sleep most of the day away.

Sorry for the grammer in this story but I am on pain medicine and want to go lay back down.
