Hi, please excuse what may be a very rookie question but if I don't ask I won't know!
I have a just turned 1 year old corn, have had him 6 months. His tank had been at a solid 80 degrees in the warm end all summer with the heatmat I have under about a third of the tank (that's how big the heat mat is).
Now it's colder here in the UK the temperature in his tank is falling. I have a smaller mat from when he had a smaller tank, can I somehow use it as well to increase the temperature in there?
If not what would be the best option to warm him up a bit? Something I can replace the mat with or a stronger heatmat (do you get stronger ones?)
Again, sorry if this is a very obvious question to experienced snake keepers!
Thank you
