I appearently have a hole in my shirt

I was getting his food ready so I put him on my shoulder and he went inside the front of my shirt and I looked down just to make sure he was still there and I see a tail and a head but they were not connected. Lol it kinda freaked me out, but thought it was pretty funny, so I showed mom and she wanted to take a pic.
