Is he a bloodred

herpster

I'm a herpaholic
One of my bigger cornsnakes, named Chester was a rescue from my local vets, he was found in a empty house and my vet asked if I would take him, he has thinish white borders round his saddles and very little black just a little specks on his saddles here and there, I was wondering if he is just a normal corn or bloodred, I have seen pics on this forum of bloodreds and he looks very similar, heres a pic, hope you dont mind hes just abouts to eat in this picture.

A sure way of knowing is check his belly if he has checkers he is not bloodred. He would be a normal.

Bloodreds have a patternless underbelly, and as they get older with age they lose pattern along their body as well.

yeah he does have the checkered pattern, I thought I put that in my post, I must of thought it and forgot to type it lol, I thought he was a normal, but its always nice to check if you have any doubts, thanx for the speedy response :)
