i dont see why not. Some are more picky then others...wasa the shed a normal shed? all one peice? check for mites too, (not to scare you, just covering all basis)

some of my snakes will become picky eaters due to change in climate as well....
 
My snake ate last on December 26th, today is January 13th, and is in shed right now. So mine hasnt eatten in a few weeks either b/c of its shed. Many snakes dont eat during a shed. Someothers, however, will eat anytime. I wouldnt worry about it, just be patient and offer your snake food after he sheds.
