Hazysnake and I are very sad. Our youngest snake, our beautiful littlest girl, Jo Cool, has died. We took her to the herp vet a couple of days before, because she looked very swollen. He determined that she had unfertilized eggs delveloping but felt that she'd eventually lay them and be okay. I think she might also have injured herself climbing up in the rafters of her cage the day before we took her to the vet. We have put in a call to the vet to see if he wants to examine her further.

Here is a picture of her taken almost 7 months ago. She was so beautiful. We will miss her and love her forever.

I'm so very sorry for you loss. Please update us on whether the vet does a necropsy on her or not. Again I'm truly sorry .
