Here is Jose, my green spot snow, is he too skinny, should I be worried he will perish if he does not eat soon?

The list will need more detail to offer any advice, like ... how long have you owned him? When was the last time that he ate? When was the last time you offered him something? What are the temps in your tank at the both ends?
