Jungle Gym Construction?

Hi, i wanted to make a little jungle gym for Pepperoni, my snake. What is the best way to construct it and what to use? And what should i use to keep all the pieces together? I know it is bad to use tape.

I used pvc for one of ours, just used the connectors you can pick up in the pvc dept. No need for glue/tape or anything. You can also just take it apart to get him/her out and to clean.

I haven't built anything yet, mostly because I'm lazy. But I'd personally lead towards thick 12-18mm plywood and some aquarium sealant to hold it all together. Mostly because the materials are cheap and easy to get. Just give the sealant a good week to dry out 100% so it loses its chemical smell.

Only recommending it because I'm currently looking at it as a material to build a retes stack for a new reptile I'm getting soon, and plywood is the recommended material for that so...

Cassie, I'm interested in your progress on your jungle gym. I bought a long plastic tub I want to do the same as you. I think my "Curious George" needs an environment enriched with some interesting things. Keep me informed. Thanks!
