Okay, so this is... over... a month late. The pics were taken on Oct 2nd, and they're already shedding again since then... Oh well. Here are my 1.3 keepers from my '09 Amel x Butter Stripe clutch. =)

Wow! I love that butterscotch-y color the pair in #2 have! Progression pics should be fun to watch!
 
Thanks! Those two are my favorites of the group... I'm really hoping they turn out like their mother, Yelina. (Need to get new pics of her, too... Lol)

Out of the clutch, there were 3 exceptionally orange ones. Two of them are my male keeper and and "Female #2"; the third and prettiest (IMO, anyway) of the three kinked up, though, so she's destined to be "just" a pet. Here's "Despereaux" back in September...

Isn't that the way it goes? The prettiest have the big issues... Well, I'm sure someone will give her a good home if you're not keeping her!
 
Lol! Of course the pretty ones have issues... I think that's true for all species (human included), actually. xD Anyway, unless one of my best friends decides she wants a snake, she's staying with me... I'm dying to see how this one develops, even if I can't breed her! Hmm, I have to put up some progression threads for these 5... =)

Thanks! Yelina is, hands down, my favorite snake. She's pretty AND a sweetheart! :D
