If this one sticks around for a while. Could get get some progression shots to see this transformation? I think it would be very interesting to watch!

Mom is an Amel and the males were Striped Champagne and Amel Motley.. I paired them that way just to see what may pop up. I also would swear it was a snow, but each year I seem to get one like this that reddens up in the 1st few sheds.. here is one from last year

Thats kinda like Kastanies growing their red/orange as they get older. You might have somethin other than regular amel going on. really looked like a snow baby :shrugs:
 
Actually, I was just reading in my corn morph guide about something else, and came across where it says some amels can look just like snows when hatched so, there ya go! ~LOL~
